Ingredients:

1/4 kg beet roots, grated
1/4 kg maida flour
1 cup grated coconut
1 kg sugar
4 cardamoms powder
4 cloves powder
100g butter

Beetroot Cake

Method:
  1. Heat 50g of butter in a pan, add grated beet root and fry until it is tender.
  2. Then add flour, grated coconut, sugar and stir continuously without burning at the bottom.
  3. Now add remaining butter and cook until it is done.
  4. Transfer this mixture to a greased plate, sprinkle cardamom and cloves powder and let it cool for some time.
  5. Cut them in desired shapes and serve.
