2 medium ripe bananas
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp custard powder
3 tbsp maida flour
3 tbsp milk
Ghee or butter for frying For preparing Custard: 2 tbsp custard powder
250 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar
Boil milk in a bowl, to this add dissolved custard and sugar and boil until the custard
thickens.
Banana Bash
Method:
Prepare custard and set aside.
Peel and mash bananas with sugar and salt.
Mix in baking powder, custard powder, maida and milk to attain a thick batter. Set aside
for 15 minutes.
Heat ghee and deep fry a spoonful of the batter till golden brown.
Drain and remove. Place the fritters in custard and serve.
