| Ingredients: 170g apple jello
170g cream cheese
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup apple chunks
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups gelatin
2 1/2 cups of water |
Apple Jello Cream Cheese Cake

Method:
Stir jello in 2 cups of boiling water and let it cool a little bit.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of gelatin, 1/2 cup of water, apple chunks and nuts. Refrigerate
until it is hard enough.
In a blender, add 1 cup of gelatin, cream cheese, evaporated milk and blend by adding
pineapple chunks.
Mix this with the previously refrigerated mixture.
Again refrigerate this until it is hard.
