Ingredients:

3" ginger piece
10 green chilies
Little tamarind, jaggery
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Ginger & Green Chili Chutney

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry green chilies along with curry leaves for a while and keep aside.
  2. Mix ginger, tamarind, salt, jaggery to the above green chilies, curry leaves and blend to a fine paste.
  3. Serve with any tiffins.
