1/2 coconut
1 small bunch coriander leaves
A small piece of ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1 lemon
1 small onion, chopped
4 green chilies.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 red chilies, broken into pieces
Few curry leaves
Coconut Chutney
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together finely, along with salt and lemon juice.
Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves and add to the
above mixture.
