Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups chopped coconut
10-12 green chilies
2 cm long ginger
4 garlic flakes
1 tbsp salt
6 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice

Coconut Chutney

Method:
  1. Place the coconut with the other ingredients in a blender and blend until the coconut pieces gets smooth.
  2. If required, add water while blending.
  3. Season it with mustard and cumin seeds, if desired.
