Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup gram flour
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric
2-3 pinches asafoetida
1/2 tsp cumin and oregano seeds
1 tbsp water
Finely chopped coriander

Spicy Roti

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients above and knead to a slightly stiff dough and cover with wet cloth.
  2. Make small balls from the dough, roll to 3-4 mm thickness and roast on a flat pan.
  3. Apply ghee or butter and serve hot.
    Serves: 6
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
