Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups rice flour
3/4 cup hot water
Salt to taste

Rice Roti

Method:
  1. Sieve the rice flour and mix with salt, hot water and knead thoroughly to make a dough. If required, add more water.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls, flatten into a circular form of roti using only the palms.
  3. Place the roti on a flat pan, apply water on the top side of the roti with hand or with a cloth dipped in water.
  4. Fry the roti till brown on both sides. Remove and serve hot.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
