Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
Buttermilk or water for kneading

Method:
  1. Knead soft dough from the above ingredients and make small balls from the dough.
  2. Roll with the help of dry flour to a thin round. Roll as thin as possible.
  3. Heat a flat pan, place phulka on it.
  4. When dry on one side, turn until the brown spots appear. Turn on other side rotating at same time. It will puff and make as crisp as desired.
  5. Serve hot with vegetable curries.
    Serves: 6
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
