Ingredients:

250g rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp mustard seeds
6 sprigs curry leaves
5 green chilies, sliced
3 tbsp refined oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder

Rice Noodles

Method:
  1. Add 1 glass of boiled water, salt to the rice flour and mix well to form a stiff dough. Keep aside and let it cool
  2. Place this dough in murukulu maker and press the dough on the edges of the idli stand, into thin noodles.
  3. Add 2 glasses of water to the pressure cooker and place the idli stand inside the cooker. Cook for 5 minutes in the steam without whistle on the top.
  4. Remove the noodles from the cooker and place on a plate. Repeat the process for the remaining dough.
  5. Sprinkle the grated coconut, chili powder on the top of the noodles.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, season with mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilies.
  7. Add this to the noodles and serve hot.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
