Ingredients:

1/2 cup paneer, grated
2 spring onions, finely chopped
3/4 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
2 green chillies, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil

Method:
  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough using water. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
  2. Roll out each portion into a circle of 125 mm. (5") diameter.
  3. Cook each paratha on a griddle (tava), smearing a little oil, until both sides are golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with any gravy curry or sweet and sour tomato relish.
    Makes 6 parathas
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
