Ingredients:

2 bunches of fenugreek leaves (methi)
2-3 cups wheat flour
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Ghee (butter) for frying

Method:
  1. Mix the wheat flour with finely chopped fenugreek leaves, salt, garam masala, chili powder, oil and knead to a fine dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls, roll into partatha size and fry with ghee on both sides on a flat pan until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with any gravy curry.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
