Ingredients:

2 pkg noodles, prawns flavor
100 gms prawns, cleaned
1 onion, finely chopped
1" piece ginger, chopped
2-3 green chilies, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Chili Prawn Noodles

Method:
  1. Heat oil and fry onion, ginger and prawns for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomato, green chilies, salt, and cook till the prawns are tender.
  3. Add 3 cups of water to the prawns and bring to a boil.
  4. Add noodles and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with tomato soup.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
