Ingredients:
1 litre full fat milk
Khoya (Mava)
Method:
Heat the milk in a non-stick pan on a high flame till it comes to a boil.
Continue simmering while stirring continuously till it becomes semi-solid. Cool and use as required.
This is a basic ingredient used in various burfis and sweets made in India.
Makes 3/4 cup
