Ingredients:

1 litre full fat milk

Khoya (Mava)

Method:
  1. Heat the milk in a non-stick pan on a high flame till it comes to a boil.
  2. Continue simmering while stirring continuously till it becomes semi-solid. Cool and use as required.
  3. This is a basic ingredient used in various burfis and sweets made in India.
    Makes 3/4 cup
    Preparation time: 1 - 1 1/2 hours
