Ingredients:

8-10 chicken stock cubes
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 tomato
1-2 green chilies
1/4 cup peas
1 small potato
1/4 cup corn flour
1 small capsicum
1/2 tsp. cooking salt
1/2 tsp. Chinese salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Soya sauce
3-4 tbsp. corn flour

Vegetables In Clear Soup

Method:
  1. Sieve the stock and add the chopped vegetables along with the seasoning. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add the dissolved corn flour just before serving. Lastly add the rings of tomatoes.
  3. Serve with Soya sauce and pepper
    Serves: 4 to 6
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
