1 package yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
2 cups whipped cream topping
2 tablespoons sugar
4 Oreo Cookies or any round chocolate cookies
4 red M&Ms
4 yellow M&MS

Truck Birthday Cake

1. Bake the yellow cake mix according to the directions on the packet in a 13 * 9-inch baking dish.
2. Cut through the center and divide it into 2 layers. Take the bottom layer and cut it lengthwise into 2. Take the top layer and cut out 1/4th of out. Cut the other 3/4th piece lengthwise into 2.
3. Pour the juice of the crushed pineapple on the cake and let it soak. Mix the sugar and the pineapple in the whipped cream. Layer these pieces one on top of each other in the shape of a truck.
4. Spread the whipped cream over the layers and all over the truck. You can add food coloring to the cream to give it some color.
5. Stick Oreo cookies to the sides for wheels. Stick M&Ms to the front and back for headlights. Stick chocolate wafers for the windows and windshield.
   Serves: 8 - 10 people
