Ingredients:

500gms tomatoes
2 big capsicum (red or green)
5 green chilies
1 tbsp. coriander powder
20gms tamarind
4 tbsp. oil
1 bunch coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Tomato Capsicum Chutney

Method:
  1. Chop the tomatoes and capsicum into small pieces.
  2. Sauté the pieces separately till they become soft and let them cool.
  3. Grind all the ingredients. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  4. Note: If u want u can give thadaka with mustard seeds. Serve with rice, idly and dosa.
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
