Ingredients:

1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp ground chilies
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Tomato & Onion Chutney

Method:
  1. Grind tomatoes and onions together. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds.
  2. Add ground chilies and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add in tomato & onion paste. Add salt and a little brown sugar.
  4. Cook till it thickens a little. Serve with idli or dosai.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
