Ingredients:

Tomato - 2 small
Groundnut - 100 gms
Green chili - 2 nos
Salt to Taste

Tomato & Groundnut Chutney

Method:
  1. Roast the Groundnuts in a pan till done. Cool the nuts. Crush with fingers to remove the skin.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and chilies. Grind the tomatoes, chilies and groundnuts with little water to make a smooth/coarse paste.
  3. Serve with dosa, idli, cheela or parathas
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
