Ingredients:

4 ready tandoori rotis
1/4 kg mutton
2 onions paste
1 bunch hara dhaniya (coriander leaves)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 kg green peas
Ginger-garlic paste
5 green chilies
1 tbsp dhaniya-jeera powder (coriander-cumin powder)
1 big bowl of curd (yogurt)
1 tsp whole jeera (cumin seeds)
Red chili powder
Salt to taste

Tandoori Roti Aur Hara Ghosht

Method:
  1. Heat oil add the onion paste, fry, add the ginger-garlic paste, add mutton and fry for a few minutes.
  2. Then make a paste of hara dhaniya and green chilies and add to it.
  3. Add 4 cups of water and let the mutton cook, then add peas, and salt. When everything is cooked, see that there is enough water for the gravy.
  4. Finally take a bowl, make small pieces of roti, put in it , then put some gravy, then again some roti pieces then gravy again. The roti pieces should be soaked.
  5. Beat curd in another bowl and spread on it thickly, then sprinkle roasted and pounded jeera, salt, red chili powder.
  6. Garnish with hara dhaniya. It is ready to serve.!
    Serves: 2
