ready tandoori rotis
1/4 kg mutton
2 onions paste
1 bunch hara dhaniya (coriander leaves)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 kg green peas
Ginger-garlic paste
5 green chilies
1 tbsp dhaniya-jeera powder (coriander-cumin powder)
1 big bowl of curd (yogurt)
1 tsp whole jeera (cumin seeds)
Red chili powder
Salt to taste |
Tandoori Roti Aur Hara Ghosht |
Method:
- Heat oil add the onion paste, fry, add the ginger-garlic paste, add mutton and fry for a
few minutes.
- Then make a paste of hara dhaniya and green chilies and add to it.
- Add 4 cups of water and let the mutton cook, then add peas, and salt. When everything is
cooked, see that there is enough water for the gravy.
- Finally take a bowl, make small pieces of roti, put in it , then put some gravy, then
again some roti pieces then gravy again. The roti pieces should be soaked.
- Beat curd in another bowl and spread on it thickly, then sprinkle roasted and pounded
jeera, salt, red chili powder.
- Garnish with hara dhaniya. It is ready to serve.!
