Ingredients:

400 grams minced beef meat
1-2 pieces of white bread (like the one you use for toasts)
1/2 decliter of water
1 egg
1 big onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsps crossed black pepper
1 tbsp. salt

Swedish Meatballs

Method:
  1. Add the water into a bowl and crunch up the bread into small pieces and mix with water and egg, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion in really small pieces and add into the bowl. Grave the garlic and add that to the bowl with salt and crushed black peppers.
  3. Add the minced meat and mix it all well. Form small balls as big as a small golf ball.
  4. Heat up butter in a pan and fry them on medium temperature for 6 to 9 minutes.
  5. Serve with macaronis or mashed potatoes flavored with some graved garlic and parsley.
    Serves: 4 persons
    Preparation time: 30-40 minutes
