| Ingredients: 400 grams minced beef
meat
1-2 pieces of white bread (like the one you use for toasts)
1/2 decliter of water
1 egg
1 big onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsps crossed black pepper
1 tbsp. salt |

Method:
- Add the water into a bowl and crunch up the bread into small pieces and mix with water
and egg, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Chop the onion in really small pieces and add into the bowl. Grave the garlic and add
that to the bowl with salt and crushed black peppers.
- Add the minced meat and mix it all well. Form small balls as big as a small golf ball.
- Heat up butter in a pan and fry them on medium temperature for 6 to 9 minutes.
- Serve with macaronis or mashed potatoes flavored with some graved garlic and parsley.
Serves: 4 persons
