kgs bhindi (okra), washed & dried
2 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tbsp. garam masala
Red chili powder as per taste
Salt as per taste
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp. |

Method:
- Cut the ends of bhindi and put a slit in between without breaking it into two
- Mix all the masalas well. Fill little masala in each bhindi.
- Put 1 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan. Heat it and put the bhindi.
- Put the fire on low flame and let it cook. Keep turning with a spatula in between.
Remove from fire when done.
- Serve with rotis and boondi raita.
