Ingredients:

1/2 kgs bhindi (okra), washed & dried
2 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tbsp. garam masala
Red chili powder as per taste
Salt as per taste
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp.

Stuffed Bhindi

Method:
  1. Cut the ends of bhindi and put a slit in between without breaking it into two
  2. Mix all the masalas well. Fill little masala in each bhindi.
  3. Put 1 tbsp. of oil in a non-stick pan. Heat it and put the bhindi.
  4. Put the fire on low flame and let it cook. Keep turning with a spatula in between. Remove from fire when done.
  5. Serve with rotis and boondi raita.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
