Ingredients:

1/2 kg small chicken pieces
1 Carrot
1 Big Onion
1 Capsicum
20 gm chopped ginger
20 gm chopped green chilly
10/12 chopped curry leaves
5 tbsp chicken masala
2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilly power
Salt to taste
200 gm Mustard Oil
5 tbsp chicken soup powder
Soya Sauce
Chilly Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Vinegar

Spring Chicken

Method:
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate the carrot, capsicum and onion.
  3. Fry the marinated chicken pieces with mustard oil, till the chicken pieces are well cooked.
  4. Add the grated vegetables to the chicken then cook for some time.
  5. Also add the chopped green chilly, curry leaves and ginger.
  6. Make the chicken soup. Add this soup to the cooked chicken.
  7. Let it sit for sometime. Add Soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilly sauce. Serve with Plain rice and green salad.
