Ingredients:
1/2 kg small chicken pieces
1 Carrot
1 Big Onion
1 Capsicum
20 gm chopped ginger
20 gm chopped green chilly
10/12 chopped curry leaves
5 tbsp chicken masala
2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilly power
Salt to taste
200 gm Mustard Oil
5 tbsp chicken soup powder
Soya Sauce
Chilly Sauce
Tomato Sauce
Vinegar |

Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt for 30 minutes.
- Grate the carrot, capsicum and onion.
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces with mustard oil, till the chicken pieces are well
cooked.
- Add the grated vegetables to the chicken then cook for some time.
- Also add the chopped green chilly, curry leaves and ginger.
- Make the chicken soup. Add this soup to the cooked chicken.
- Let it sit for sometime. Add Soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilly sauce. Serve with Plain
rice and green salad.
