Ingredients: 5
ripe tomatoes
8-9 green chilies (depending on your taste for spicy type)
2 red chilies
Few mustard seeds
Few cumin seeds
Oil
Salt to taste |
Spicy Tomato Chutney |
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard, cumin and the red chilies, then add the cut
tomatoes and slit green chilies to the pan.
- Let them fry till the water is almost saturated. Remove from heat and after cooling add
salt according to taste and grind it to a smooth paste.
- Serve with hot plain rice, goes with any tiffin like idli, dosa and samosa too!
