Ingredients:

1 kg chicken
10 - 12 Thai chilies
3 tsp. soya sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
3 - 4 tsp. maggi hot & sweet sauce
1 lime juice
If needed red chili powder
1 to 2 tsp. food color
Salt to taste
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp.

Spicy Chili Chicken

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chilies to it then add chicken, add salt & cook till the chicken is almost done.
  2. If there is more water of chicken pieces, pour the water to a different pan and boil it, till it becomes thick & add it to chicken.
  3. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, hot & sweet sauce, food color & mix well, cook till the chicken is completely done.
  4. Now add lime juice. It’s very easy & tasty. Serve as a side dish with any non-vegetarian gravy dish.
    Preparation time: 45 minutes
