kg chicken
10 - 12 Thai chilies
3 tsp. soya sauce
2 tsp. vinegar
3 - 4 tsp. maggi hot & sweet sauce
1 lime juice
If needed red chili powder
1 to 2 tsp. food color
Salt to taste
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp. |
Spicy Chili Chicken |
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add chilies to it then add chicken, add salt & cook till the
chicken is almost done.
- If there is more water of chicken pieces, pour the water to a different pan and boil it,
till it becomes thick & add it to chicken.
- Then add soya sauce, vinegar, hot & sweet sauce, food color & mix well, cook
till the chicken is completely done.
- Now add lime juice. Its very easy & tasty. Serve as a side dish with any
non-vegetarian gravy dish.
