Ingredients:
1/2 lb Asparagus (Fresh one)
Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
Garlic crushed - 1 tbsp
4-5 small green chilies
1/2-1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Spicy Asparagus Curry

Method:
  1. Cut asparagus into small pieces after washing (keep aside).
  2. Take wok and add oil, add cumin seeds, garlic crushed and green chilies- fry till garlic becomes roasted (light yellow/brown color).
  3. Add asparagus to the above wok. Fry for 2 minutes, add salt to taste and leave the wok with lid and cook for 8-10 minutes (until the asparagus pieces become tender).
  4. Serve hot with cooked white/brown hot rice.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
