Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 500 gms
Soya sauce - 1/2 cup
Green chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper (optional)

Soya Chicken

Method:
  1. Wash and cut the boneless chicken into 1" pieces and put them in a bowl. Add soya sauce, green chili sauce and tomato sauce. Grind a few peppercorns if you like it spicy.
  2. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator at least for an hour.
  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add a cup of water and boil with lid on till the chicken is mostly cooked. Remove the lid and continue cooking till the chicken becomes semi-dry. An extremely easy to cook dish.
  5. Serve with bread.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
