Ingredients:
Boneless chicken - 500 gms
Soya sauce - 1/2 cup
Green chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
Freshly ground pepper (optional)

Method:
- Wash and cut the boneless chicken into 1" pieces and put them in a
bowl. Add soya sauce, green chili sauce and tomato sauce. Grind
a few peppercorns if you like it spicy.
- Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator at least for an hour.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken and stir for
a couple of minutes.
- Add a cup of water and boil with lid on till the chicken is mostly
cooked. Remove the lid and continue cooking till the chicken
becomes semi-dry. An extremely easy to cook dish.
- Serve with bread.
