Ingredients:

500 gms Sheat fish, big pieces
3 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
2 onions paste
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste
50 gms refined oil
1 1/2 tsp cornflour

Sheat Fish In Chinese Style

Method:
  1. Wash the fish properly and marinate it with ginger paste, onion paste, garlic paste and all other ingredients for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Now fry the fish and keep aside. Pour the stock of the fish in the same pan. When the gravy dries little then put corn flour in it.
  3. When the gravy becomes thick, put the fried fishes in the plate and put the gravy on it and serve. Serve with rice or chappatis
    Serves: 6 persons
    Preparation time: 45 minutes
