Ingredients:

2 kg chicken
250 gm curd
2 tbsp shah jeera (black cumin seeds)
2 tbsp sa marich
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Nutmeg 1
Mace 4 petals
8 onions
3 tbsp garlic paste
3 tbsp ginger paste
Screw pine water
Oil 50gm
100gm ghee

Shahi Chicken

Method:
  1. First make a powder of sa jeera, sa marich, nutmeg, mace.
  2. Make a paste of onion, ginger and garlic. Then marinate the chicken with the above prepared powder, curd, onion, ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Mix ghee and oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken till the oil comes out and chicken gets fried. Then pour screw pine water (2 tbsp) then cook it for next 5 min. and serve hot with chapati or biryani.
    Serves: 5 people
