Ingredients:

1 cup Bengal gram (besan) flour
1 cup ghee or butter
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup milk
3 cups sugar

Seven Cup Cake

Method:
  1. Mix the Flour, Sugar, Milk, Ghee and Coconut and put it on the gas and keep stirring continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  2. Set aside a plate smeared with Ghee and pour the mixture into it.
  3. Wait for about 5 minutes and cut it into small diamond shapes.
  4. Before cutting sprinkle some sugar on the mixture after it is poured into the plate.
  5. That’s it! Your Seven Cup Cake is ready to eat.
    Serves 8.
    Preparation Time: 45 minutes.
