Ingredients:

6 small ripe mangoes
1/2 shell fresh grated coconut
3-4 red chilies
2 tsp. mustard, roasted & ground
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Sansawn (Goan Speciality)

Method:
  1. Peel ripe mangoes and squeeze them so that you get mashed mango pulp along with the seeds.
  2. In a blender, grind fresh coconut, red chilies, and ground mustard to a fine paste.
  3. To this paste add mango pulp along with the seeds, sugar, salt and stir well till sugar dissolves.
  4. Serve with rice/rotis.
    Serves: 3
    Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
