| Ingredients: 6 small ripe mangoes
1/2 shell fresh grated coconut
3-4 red chilies
2 tsp. mustard, roasted & ground
4 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Peel ripe mangoes and squeeze them so that you get mashed mango pulp along with the
seeds.
- In a blender, grind fresh coconut, red chilies, and ground mustard to a fine paste.
- To this paste add mango pulp along with the seeds, sugar, salt and stir well till sugar
dissolves.
- Serve with rice/rotis.
