Ingredients:
Sabudhana -1 cup
Peanuts - 2 cups
Green chilies - 5
Mustard seeds
Jeera
Coriander
Lime juice

Method:
- Soak sabhudana with just sufficient water overnight. Roast peanuts
without oil. Then remove the outer layer of peanuts and grind
into powder.
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and mustard, when it splutters add green
chili. Keep the pan in high.
- Now add sabudhana, salt according to your taste and keep mixing for 3-5
minutes. Then add peanut powder and keep mixing continuously.
- Now reduce the flame a little and keep mixing for 5 minutes. Then remove
from the pan and serve into plates.
- Add lime juice and sprinkle coriander and serve it. This tastes good
when it is fresh and hot.
