Ingredients:
Sabudhana -1 cup
Peanuts - 2 cups
Green chilies - 5 
Mustard seeds
Jeera
Coriander
Lime juice

Sabudhana Kichidi

Method:
  1. Soak sabhudana with just sufficient water overnight. Roast peanuts without oil. Then remove the outer layer of peanuts and grind into powder.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and mustard, when it splutters add green chili. Keep the pan in high.
  3. Now add sabudhana, salt according to your taste and keep mixing for 3-5 minutes. Then add peanut powder and keep mixing continuously.
  4. Now reduce the flame a little and keep mixing for 5 minutes. Then remove from the pan and serve into plates.
  5. Add lime juice and sprinkle coriander and serve it. This tastes good when it is fresh and hot.
    Serves: 2 persons
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
