Ingredients:
Ridge gourd (turayi)-1 big
Tomato-1
Green chilies-3
Coriander-as desired
Curry leaves-10
Dry red chilies-2
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Urad dal-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Chana dal-1 tsp
Hing-pinch
Salt to taste

Method:
- Cut
the ridge gourd to small pieces without skin.
- Take
oil in a pan, to this add cut ridge gourd, tomatoes, green
chilies, coriander, salt and cook for ten minutes. Grind the
mixture when it is cool.
- To a
separate pan add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilies,
curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal, hing, coriander leaves and
let it splutter. Pour this on turiya mix.
- Serve
as a side dish for rice, chapatis, rotis etc.
