Ingredients:

2 finely chopped onions
4 green chilies (short pieces)
1 cup coriander
1 1/2 cup rawa
1 lemon

Rawa Upma

Method:
  1. Heat rawa in a pan for 2 mins.
  2. Heat some oil seperately for 30 secs. Add spoonful of mustard seeds.
  3. Add onions and chilies, fry till onions become reddish brown.
  4. Add 3 cups of water and boil it for 3 mins. Add the heated rawa and stir vigorously.
  5. Add salt to taste, garnish with coriander, sprinkle some lemon. Serve with coconut chutney.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 6 mins
