Ingredients:

Rawa - 1 cup
Green chilies 3-4, finely chopped
Coriander, finely chopped
Mustard/jeera 1/4 tsp each
Channa dal 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup, beaten to a smooth paste
Oil 2 tbsp
Eno lemon fruit salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder a pinch
Salt to taste

Rawa Idli

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds, jeera and add channa dal.
  2. Add chilies and coriander. Fry a little Add rava and fry till the raw smell goes. Let it cool a little.
  3. Then add the eno salt, baking powder and salt.
  4. Mix equal portions of the rawa mixture, curd and steam the idlis immediately.
  5. Serve with vegetable kurma and/or coconut chutney.
    Serves: 4 persons
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
