| Ingredients: 2 cups rava or suji (semolina)
2 cups yogurt
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup fresh peas
2 green chilies
1 bunch cilantro
Little grated coconut
Salt to taste
Little of cooking soda
10 cashews

Method:
Fry rava in a kadai for few minutes until light brown and take of the stove
In a bowl put the rava, and to this, add carrot, cut green chilies, cilantro, green
peas, coconut and mix all the ingredients well
Add salt, soda, fried cashews and mustard seeds to the mixture. Keep the mixture aside
for about 1 hour and after that steam in the idli plate for 15 to 18 minutes.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
