litre cow milk
1 kg sugar syrup
1 tsp baking powder

Method:
- Boil the milk in a bowl. After heating the milk add a drop of citeric acid.
- Once the milk is curdled, take a thin cloth & put the curdled milk in the cloth.
- Take the chena or paneer which remains in the cloth & make 16 round pieces.
- Soak in the sugar syrup for 15 minutes at high temperature. Serve with sugar syrup
