Ingredients:

Rahu-500 gms, wash & apply salt and turmeric powder for 15 min in fridge.
1 cup curd (yogurt)
1 onion, into paste
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
4 cloves
4 cinnamon
1 cardamom
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 green chili, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Rahu Fish With Curd

Method:
  1. Fry the fish till it turns golden brown from either sides, keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add the cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and when the oil starts giving a nice aroma, add the onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chili
  3. Fry till the oil starts leaving the sides, then add chili powder, turmeric powder, sugar, curd and fry for 2-3 minutes
  4. Finally, add salt, fried fish and fry till the fish absorbs the gravy. When it becomes semi-dry, add water and let it boil.
  5. Its ready when the water mixes thoroughly with the gravy. Garnish with lots of coriander leaves and serve with steamed rice.
    Serves: 4
