Ingredients:
2 medium sized, peeled boiled potatoes
4 green chilies, chopped
1/4 tbsp mustard seeds
1/4 cumin seeds
1/2 tbsp cut cilantro (coriander) leaves
A pinch of turmeric
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds, crushed to powder
1/2 cup yogurt
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp oil

Method:
- Mash
boiled potatoes into paste. Add salt, green chilies, turmeric,
salt, cilantro, yogurt and sesame powder. Mix well.
- Take
a small wok and put oil and fry cumin and mustard seeds. When
mustard seeds start popping empty it into the above mixture.
- Serve
with hot rice/ chapathi / briyani / roti / fried rice.
