Ingredients:

2 boiled potatoes
3 heaped tbsp yogurt
Salt as per taste
A small bunch of coriander
Oil -1 spoon
Mustard -1/4 spoon
Asafoetida -1pinch
Curry leaves -3-4 cut
1 small green chilly finely chopped
Jeera powder -1 pinch
Rock salt -1pinch
Black pepper -1pinch
Red chilly powder -1pinch
Cinnamon powder -1pinch

Potato Raita

Method:
  1. Grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, coriander and yogurt to the potatoes.
  2. In a small kadai heat oil. Add mustard, chopped green chili, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  3. Pour this tadka (seasoning) on the potatoes mixture. Garnish with jeera powder, rock salt powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder and cinnamon powder.
  4. Serve chilled with any rice/chappatis/parathas.
