| Ingredients: 2 boiled potatoes
3 heaped tbsp yogurt
Salt as per taste
A small bunch of coriander
Oil -1 spoon
Mustard -1/4 spoon
Asafoetida -1pinch
Curry leaves -3-4 cut
1 small green chilly finely chopped
Jeera powder -1 pinch
Rock salt -1pinch
Black pepper -1pinch
Red chilly powder -1pinch
Cinnamon powder -1pinch |

Method:
- Grate the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add salt, coriander and yogurt to the potatoes.
- In a small kadai heat oil. Add mustard, chopped green chili, curry leaves and
asafoetida.
- Pour this tadka (seasoning) on the potatoes mixture. Garnish with jeera powder, rock
salt powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder and cinnamon powder.
- Serve chilled with any rice/chappatis/parathas.
