Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups washed poha
5 green chilies chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp roasted cashews
2 strands curry leaves
2 strands chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 lemon squeezed juice
1 onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Poha Pulihora

Method:
  1. Take a wok put oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal and curry leaves.
  2. Add onion chopped, cilantro leaves, ginger, peanuts and cashew and fry till onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add green chilies. Add poha, salt and lemon juice and fry for 1-2 minutes (avoid paste forming of poha by washing poha just before adding into wok).
  4. Serve with any pickle, if needed.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
