Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups washed poha
5 green chilies chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp roasted peanuts
1 tsp roasted cashews
2 strands curry leaves
2 strands chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 lemon squeezed juice
1 onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Method:
- Take
a wok put oil and fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal and
curry leaves.
- Add
onion chopped, cilantro leaves, ginger, peanuts and cashew and
fry till onions turn golden brown.
- Add
green chilies. Add poha, salt and lemon juice and fry for 1-2
minutes (avoid paste forming of poha by washing poha just before
adding into wok).
- Serve
with any pickle, if needed.
