| Ingredients: 2 green
plaintains
2 cups fresh curd
3 green chilies
2 red chilies
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp ghee
Curry leaves
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Pressure cook the plaintains and peel the skin and mash it nicely.
- Take curd in a bowl, add the mashed plaintain mixture to the curd along with salt,
turmeric and keep it aside.
- Take small kadai, put ghee in that, when heated add red chilies, mustard seeds, jeera,
slited green chilies and curry leaves.
- When mustard seeds starts crackling sound, pour this mixture over curd mixture and mix
it well.
- Serve with hot white rice and any pickle.
