Ingredients:
All purpose flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 2 1/4 tsp
Warm water 1 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 cups
Mozerella cheese 1 1/2 cups
For toppings: Onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives (cut into small
pieces) |

Method:
- In the warm water, add yeast and sugar, let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add this dissolved yeast and salt to flour and knead this into a
smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 2 hrs to allow
fermentation.
- Then roll the dough on a pizza pan. Spread the pizza sauce,
mozerella cheese and the vegetables.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and bake the pizza for 20 to 25
minutes till the crust becomes light brown in color.
- You can vary the toppings according to your taste.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese powder.
