Ingredients:

All purpose flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 2 1/4 tsp
Warm water 1 cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 cups
Mozerella cheese 1 1/2 cups
For toppings: Onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, black olives (cut into small pieces)

Pizza

Method:
  1. In the warm water, add yeast and sugar, let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add this dissolved yeast and salt to flour and knead this into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 2 hrs to allow fermentation.
  3. Then roll the dough on a pizza pan. Spread the pizza sauce, mozerella cheese and the vegetables.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and bake the pizza for 20 to 25 minutes till the crust becomes light brown in color.
  5. You can vary the toppings according to your taste.
  6. Serve with Parmesan cheese powder.
    Serves: 4
