1 can crushed pineapple
in juice
1 (3-oz) pkg. instant pistachio pudding and pie filling mix
1 (4-oz) pkg. whipped topping, thawed
1/3 cup of pistachios
Pineapple-Pistachio Delight
Method:
Pour pineapple and juice into a mixing bowl. Add pudding mix.
Beat at lowest speed with an electric mixer until well blended, for about 1 to 2
minutes.
Fold in whipped topping and pistachios.
Spoon into dessert dishes. Pudding will set and be ready to eat in 5 minutes.
