1 package yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling or any other flavor
1.5 sticks (6 oz) butter / vegetable spread
1/2 cup crushed walnuts and almonds
Pineapple Cherry Crunchy Cake Delight
Method:
In a greased baking tin, spread following by turn
Pulp and juice of crushed pineapple
Pie filling
Sprinkle yellow cake mix evenly on top
Sprinkle the crushed nuts on top of cake mix
Cut butter in small cubes and spread on top
B. Bake in a pre-heated 350F / 180C oven for 45 minutes
or till the top just gets lightly
browned and set.
C. Cool and serve warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
