| Ingredients: Paneer 250gm
Garam masala 1 tsp.
Chili paste 2 tsp.
Onions (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger & garlic paste 3 tsp.
Cooked and grated potatoes 1&1/2 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Bread crumbs powder 1/2 cup
Maida (all-purpose flour) 1/2 cup
Cornflour1/4 cup
Salt and pepper to taste

Paneer Aaloo Pakoras |
| Method: Stuffing:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden. Now add ginger garlic paste, chili paste,
paneer (grated), garam masala, and salt.
- When the paneer starts leaving water and sticks to the pan, it is now time to remove it
from flame and cool it.
- For aaloo: Take the aaloo (potatoes) and add chili paste and some salt and mix well and
keep it aside until you prepare for the batter.
Batter:
- Mix together corn flour, maida and some ginger-garlic paste. Now add to it water little
by little until it forms a nice batter. Now after every thing is done, take the aaloo
mixture and form small balls and keep it in a plate.
- In another plate, make even smaller balls of the paneer mixture and now every thing is
ready, roll the aaloo balls in bread crumbs and press it a little.
- Now in the middle put the paneer mixture and cover it on all sides with the aaloo and
arrange these double balls in a plate.
- In a deep frying pan, heat enough oil and take the balls one by one,dip those in the
batter thoroughly and fry at a time not more that 4-5 till it turns dark golden brown.
- Now remove from oil and drain all the oil on a tissue paper and now the pakoras are
ready to be served. Serve with tomato chili sauce or pudina chutny or ketchup
