| Ingredients: 1/2 kg oil for deep
frying
1/2 kg gram flour
1 onion chopped
1 potato chopped
6 spoons yogurt
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. red chili powder
2 tsp. whole coriander
2 tsp. anardana
2 green chilies, fresh (chopped)
2 tsp. chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp. chopped mint leaves
Some water for making paste |

Method:
- Take one bowl, put gram flour, add all ingredients, add some water into ingredients and
make smooth paste.
- Take one frying pan and add oil. When oil is hot take one tea spoonful of batter and put
small pakora in oil, when they get ready (golden brown), then take them out and put them
on tissue paper and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
