Ingredients:
2 onions
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp tamarind paste
Salt to taste

Method:
- Peel off onion cover wash and cut into small pieces.
- In a wok take oil fry cumin seeds. After cumin seeds turn brown, add
onion pieces, tamarind paste and salt to taste.
- Fry till onions turn brown. Let the above fry cool for few minutes.
- Blend the above cooled fry in a blender/mixie to required consistency
with water.
- Serve with Idli/Dosa/Pessarattu.
