Ingredients:
500 gm rice flour
1 cup curd
4 red dried chilies - cut into small pieces
2 green chilies - chopped
Coriander leaves
1/4 a teaspoon of mustard
1/4 a teaspoon of urad dhal
1 finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Salt to taste

Method:
  1. Beat the curd well with a half a cup of water. Add little salt to taste.
  2. Mix the curd with the rice flour and a little salt as a semi-solid dough.
  3. Heat the oil in a curved frying pan , when the oil is hot, add the mustard, urad dhal, red chilies, green chilies, coriander leaves.
  4. After the mustard has stopped spattering, add the mixed dough. Cover with a lid for the steam to cook the dough.
  5. Add 1/2 a teaspoon oil if need be. Allow for 5 min and check if cooked.
  6. Serve hot with any pickle.
    Serves: 4
