Ingredients:

1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped French beans
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. finely chopped green chilies
4 - 5 curry leaves
Black salt to taste
1 tbsp. chopped green coriander
1/2 liter curd (yogurt)

Mixed Vegetable Raita

Method:
  1. Boil chopped French beans and chopped carrots with a little salt just enough for the vegetables and strain.
  2. Beat the curd and mix the boiled French beans and carrots to the curd. Add salt and chopped green chilies to it.
  3. Now heat oil and when the oil is heated properly add mustard seeds to it. Once the mustard seeds starts to crackle put this tampering to the curd.
  4. Mix it properly, chill and garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
    Serves: 4 persons
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
