cup finely chopped carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped French beans
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. finely chopped green chilies
4 - 5 curry leaves
Black salt to taste
1 tbsp. chopped green coriander
1/2 liter curd (yogurt) |

Method:
- Boil chopped French beans and chopped carrots with a little salt just enough for the
vegetables and strain.
- Beat the curd and mix the boiled French beans and carrots to the curd. Add salt and
chopped green chilies to it.
- Now heat oil and when the oil is heated properly add mustard seeds to it. Once the
mustard seeds starts to crackle put this tampering to the curd.
- Mix it properly, chill and garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
